Thanks to thousands of prestressed steel wires, and almost equal and balanced performance of each wire while loading, hydraulic press machine with prestress steel wired-frame frame and cylinder can resist high pressure force and has excellent fatigue property, makes machine small in size, strong and reliable, Machine is specially suitable for metal forging (forming) job.

When load is applied to press machine, there are thousands of wire in machine frame (or cylinder), each wire equally endures total load together, and each one endure a small load only, that gives us press machine several advantages: high load-bearing capacity, excellent fatigue properties and small in size.

This system includes PLC, servo driver and servo motor with hydraulic pump unit, machine monitor machine cylinder’s performance throng position & pressure parameter in all cycle time, so cylinder’s position and pressure are under close-looped control, and result in perfect performance of machine.
